First you may want to check your mailbox, especially for Lip Butters. On occasion USPS tracking information can be incorrect. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it's best to check with your USPS postal carrier. It's possible your package was brought to a neighbor by mistake. If you can’t find your package within 3 business days of it saying “delivered” please reach out to us and we will help resolve the issue.
